Neousys Releases a High-Efficiency DC-DC Voltage Regulator for Wide-Input, Wide-Temperature Applications

Neousys Technology, a leader in rugged embedded systems, announced the launch of RPM-450, an innovative compact, high-efficiency DC-DC voltage regulator designed to provide stable voltage for modern in-vehicle and industrial systems. Delivering a regulated 13.8V DC output up to 450W from an input range as wide as 9 to 32V, RPM-450 ensures consistent performance for high-load electronics where unstable voltage is a common challenge.

Wide Input for Stable Voltage Output

RPM-450 features a wide 9V–32V DC input range, supporting both 12V and 24V systems. This flexibility allows it to handle unreliable power sources without disruption, protecting sensitive devices such as GPU-based computers and high-power devices in vehicles from failures caused by voltage drops or spikes.

High Efficiency in a Compact Design

Achieving up to 97% efficiency, RPM-450 minimizes wasted energy and heat, reducing the need for bulky cooling solutions. Its slim, compact footprint saves valuable installation space, while a fanless operating range from -25°C to 70°C ensures dependable performance in harsh vehicle and factory environments.

Built-In Protections and Easy Monitoring

It integrates multiple safeguards, including undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, and reverse polarity protection. LED indicators offer quick visual feedback on system status, making monitoring and troubleshooting fast and straightforward for technicians in the field.

RPM-450 meets the high demands of modern vehicle systems, industrial systems, and edge-AI applications—where greater computing power and energy requirements make stable power supply a core challenge. With its efficient performance, wide input and stable output, wide-temperature operation, and intelligent MCU-based monitoring, RPM-450 delivers the reliable, consistent voltage essential for high-load electronics in field, factory, and in-vehicle applications all within a compact design.
