Intel® Atom® x7425E with Entry-Level AI Capability
Featuring the Intel® Atom® x7425E (4C/4T, 12W TDP) with DDR5-4800 MHz memory, POC-600 offers up to 1.5× performance improvement over previous generation. The Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics supports OpenVINO™ toolkit, it can enable entry-level AI inference for vision-based automation tasks such as object detection, tracking, and edge analytics.
PoE+ for Vision, 2.5GbE for High-Speed Data Transmission
The system integrates three 2.5GbE ports, including two with PoE+, providing both power and connectivity for vision cameras and high-speed data transmission for sensors or control devices. This configuration ensures low-latency image transmission and precise synchronization in multi-camera inspection, robotics, and industrial vision systems.
Ultra-Compact, Fanless, and Rugged Design
Measuring only 56 (W) × 108 (D) × 153 (H) mm, POC-600 offers an ultra-compact footprint ideal for control cabinets. Its fanless thermal design, rugged construction, and wide –25°C to 70°C operating temperature range ensure dependable performance in harsh factory environments.
DIN-Rail Compatible for Easy Mounting
POC-600 supports DIN-rail mounting for effortless deployment installation. Its compact and rugged design enable quick setup, easy maintenance, and reliable operation, making it ideal for space-constrained automation environments.
Flexible Expansion with MezIO®
POC-600 supports Neousys’ MezIO® expansion interface, enabling integration of application-specific I/O modules such as DIO, ignition control, or wireless modules to meet diverse industrial deployment requirements.
