Neousys Technology, an industry-leading provider of rugged embedded systems, today announced its participation with Cenvalsa at RAIL LIVE 2025, Hall 10, stand E137, at IFEMA, Madrid. Spain’s rapid move toward intelligent rail operations is creating strong momentum for robust edge AI solutions. Neousys will highlight its EN50155 railway computers and NVIDIA Jetson systems, built to deliver exceptional reliability and AI readiness for modern rail applications.
Neousys EN50155 computers, GT-92RL-H and Nuvo-2615RL-H, provide two distinct rugged computing options for demanding railway environments. The GT-92RL-H is a 2U 19″ rack-mount GPU computer, combining Intel 12th–14th Gen Core CPUs with an NVIDIA RTX 2000 ADA GPU for high-performance vision and AI tasks. It supports a wide DC input of 43–160 V, operates fanlessly from -40 °C to 55 °C, and offers up to nine Gigabit Ethernet ports through rugged M12 connectors. The Nuvo-2615RL-H is a compact, fanless Intel Atom x6425E-based system that can endure –40 °C to 70 °C. It features 4x M12 PoE+ GbE ports, a built-in SuperCAP UPS to ride through power interruptions, and resilient wide-range 43-160 V DC input. With storage expandability via a front-accessible 2.5” HDD tray plus M.2 SSD, and flexible I/O through mini-PCIe and M.2 slots, they are ideal rugged transportation computer for vision-based rolling stock applications.
Powered by NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™ 32GB/ 64GB system-on-module (SOM), NRU-220S is a one-stop AI NVR. It comprises an Ampere GPU with up to 2048 CUDA cores, 64 Tensor cores, 2x NVDLA 2.0 Engines that offer a total of 275 sparse TOPS (INT8) AI inference and video transcoding capability of up to twenty-two 1080P video streams simultaneously. The system is equipped with two 2.5GbE and four PoE+ GbE ports, M.2 and mini-PCIe sockets for communication modules, and an 8V to 48V wide-range DC input with built-in ignition power control. Additionally, the NRU-220S Series includes the NRU-222S model, which features robust M12 connectors, designed for applications in rail, agriculture, construction, and mining machinery that require rugged connections to withstand shock and vibration.
“RAIL LIVE Spain provides an excellent platform to demonstrate how our EN50155-certified systems address the growing need for robust, AI-ready edge computing. From video analytics to predictive diagnostics, our solutions deliver dependable performance in the challenging conditions of railway applications, ” said Business Development Manager, Ella Laio.
